Mold Release agent

LOCTITE® FREKOTE 770-NC™ offers excellent release forvarious molding applications. It can be used for the release of epoxies, polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, thermoplastics, adhesives, and rotationally molded plastics. This product is particulary well suited for tougher to release processes such as filament winding and non gel coated polyester and fiberglass molding.

LOCTITE® FREKOTE 770NC is a clear, solvent-based, moisture-cured, epoxy mould release agent for advanced composites and FRP polyester parts. It is a versatile, semi-permanent release agent with high thermal stability that provides high slip where mould geometry problems are encountered. Wiped or sprayed on, it creates a high gloss finish; dry time between coats is just 5 - 10 min.

LOCTITE® FREKOTE 55NC™ is a release agent where anon-transferring release is necessary. This semi-permanent,non-migratory release system chemically bonds to the moldsurface to form a micro thin film which is stable at temperaturesexceeding most molding processes. It can be used for the release of epoxies, polyester resins, thermoplastics, adhesives, and rotationally molded plastics.

LOCTITE® FREKOTE 55NC is a clear, solvent-based, moisture-cured, semi-permanent release polymer with reduced odour. It is designed to provide multiple release of advanced composites, FRP polyester parts and rotationally moulded parts with no contaminating transfer or mould build-up. Wiped or sprayed on, it creates a satin matt finish; dry time between coats is 5 min.
